Amazing staff and service. Quick, efficient and fair pricing. Had to have a partial amputation done for my cats tail and a few more visits because my cat would keep opening her wounds again. I recommend Pet Care Plus to anyone who loves their pets.

I called because my puppy hurt her leg and the person I spoke to was SO helpful and kind. She let me know right up front that her doctor was not in today and they did not have x-rays available but then provided me with a solution and gave me alternate numbers to call and offered to at least bring her in to be seen to see if the doctor would recommend x-rays and at least get her comfortable with some medication if that’s what’s ordered. I am so very appreciative! If I could give 20 stars, I would.

Took two kitties in to be neutered and the staff was amazing. It was quick getting in and out, they were great about updating me on the status of the boys, and went above and beyond to bathe and clean up some accidents they had! I cannot say enough! The staff was very efficient, I did not have to wait hours after making an appointment like other veterinary facilities I have gone too, and the surgical sites look wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone needing the animal services they provide.

We've taken both of our dogs to Pet Care Plus; one had a UTI that they were able to diagnose and treat a few months ago. Today, we had to take the other in due to a limp & decreased appetite. They examined and provided a presciption; he is already showing major improvement with his eating within 4 hours of first dose.

You fixed 3 kittens/rescues for me a few months ago and today you saved me from an "out of the box" urgent and last minute situation with two work kitties. My pup was back and forth to the vet and was pretty touch and go there for a minute. He was in pain, didn’t eat or drink for days, was lethargic and was vomiting up blood. He required sub q fluids the first day and his regular vet did labs and X-rays. Liver enzymes were off the charts. He was miserable. We started him on a liver support, antibiotics, and anti nausea meds. He suffered for two days and none of ate or slept watching this little guy through for two days. Then I decided he needed more support. I called Pet Care Plus, they assessed him, had a vet check him out, gave him some more sub q fluids, had a tech come give him an ultra sound (worth every penny) to look at all his organs. They treated us like family. He is on the mend and we are ever grateful to find out that there is nothing critical and we get to spend more time loving our pup. I’m in healthcare and can’t say enough about how bomb this place is as well as how awesome their staff are. Thank you again! 20 star rating from me. Best pet care place around!
